Kathy Williams Chiang, founder of Stratefit Consulting, helps firms develop practical strategies which achieve their business goals within their means. Highly skilled in strategic planning and analysis in real time operating environments, Ms Chiang knows how to process complex data of markets and business operations and facilitate management team insights into their business that are easy to grasp and practical to implement.
 Ms Chiang has led over 100 operations management teams through Business Planning War Rooms and Business Dynamics workshops to build operating plans that delivered sustained revenue and profit growth in the double digits and in several cases greater than 50%. She drove the implementation of a major Product Complexity Management program that delivered $6 million to the bottom line in the first year. Selected for a year-long Lean Training Program, including a study trip to Toyota facilities in Japan, Ms Chiang is as comfortable on the shop floor as in the board room.
 With more than 20 years experience in Strategic Planning and Analysis, Ms Chiang has senior management experience in the equipment manufacturing and telecommunications service industries. She has worked on business strategy improvement projects in the US, UK, Spain and 11 Latin American countries. She has worked on over $2 billion of business development projects covering business acquisition, start up operations, and service expansion and established the financial and planning operations for a $30 million joint venture in Beijing, China.
 Ms. Chiang, a native of New Orleans, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, summa cum laude with University honors (4.0), from Louisiana State University, as well as a MBA from Tulane University and is member of Phi Beta Kappa and Mensa.
 Among the first wave to Americans to enter China following normalization of relations, Ms Chiang lived in northeast China under challenging conditions for two years teaching English, learning Mandarin Chinese and traveling extensively throughout China. Over her career, she has worked in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing and is active in the greater Atlanta Chinese community serving on the deacon board for Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North and on the advisory board for the China Research Center. Ms Chiang is an avid international traveler and enjoys producing music videos of her trips.
